He has been in training, e-learning and learning technologies for over 25 years. In his previous roles he was Executive Director in Thomson NETg, Sales and Marketing Director in a variety of e-learning and learntech companies and board member at RCNi, the publishing company of Royal College of Nursing, before starting his own business in 2017.
