The assessment was developed by Professor Vlatka Ariaana Hlupic.
Vlatka has been voted one of the top Most Influential HR Thinkers in the world 2015-2021 by HR Magazine, and Most Influential CEO in 2022 by CEO Today. She is an international award-winning thought leader, an activist for humanising management, and an author of a ground-breaking book ‘The Management Shift – How to Harness the Power of People and Transform Your Organization for Sustainable Success’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014), which was listed by Forbes as one of the top eight business books in 2014.

Assessment questionnaire

The 6-Box Leadership Assessment consists of a questionnaire for all employees, giving insight on the topics of Culture, Relationships, Individuals, Strategy, Systems and Resources in the business or participating department(s).

This will generate an extensive report for the business’s leadership. Based on the information, you are able to recommend relevant training and consulting engagements and show significant business results.
